In early 2006 preserved New South Wales streamlined 38 Class locomotive 3801 carried the "Grey Nurse" livery as worn by the class when originally built in the mid-1940's. Here she is captured at Helensburgh in February 2006 as she was returning to Sydney following a trial run to Wollongong. Based on a photo by Norbert Genci.
