Not everything I paint is
aviation related as the paintings on this page attest.
As a former railwayman I enjoy working on railway subjects,
both present day and historic. As an artist I enjoy
working on any theme that fires my imagination, especially
where the play of light and shade make for a challenging
subject and an interesting outcome.
On this page you will find architectural and landscape
subjects. After completing a series of aviation pictures
it is refreshing to do something totally different,
to work on other forms with varying artistic demands.
But before too long another aviation subject will present
itself and I will inevitably be drawn back to my favourite
theme.
